Terms of Service

DuoAI is a relationship wellness and date planning app for couples and close friends. You need an account to use it, and you must give us accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity on your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use DuoAI.

DuoAI works by pairing you with a partner through a shareable code or link. You should only pair with someone you trust, because paired people can see your shared dates, check-in answers, timeline and shared chats. Either of you can end the pairing at any time from the Profile page.

The Vault chats and gift ideas are generated by AI using a third-party AI provider. AI responses can be wrong, incomplete or not right for your situation. They are general suggestions, not professional advice. If you are dealing with a serious relationship, mental-health or medical matter, please talk to a qualified professional — DuoAI's Consultants section can help you find one, but we do not provide the sessions ourselves and are not responsible for them.

Connecting your Google Calendar is optional. Access is read-only and used only to show free and busy times for the couple's date planner. We never create, change or delete events in your Google Calendar. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

You keep ownership of the content you add to DuoAI — your profile answers, dates, timeline photos, check-ins and messages. You give us the limited permission needed to store and display that content to you and, where you chose to share it, your paired partner, and to process it to run the features you use.

Don't post content that is illegal, that you don't have the right to share, or that harms other people. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

We work hard to keep DuoAI available and reliable, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; meaningful changes will be reflected on this page.

You can stop using DuoAI at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing salib.george@gmail.com. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
